How can we help?
You answered a survey
I want to see, correct or delete my response
You can do it yourself, without an account and without giving a reason. Use the reference code shown on the screen after you submitted, at Find my response. Deleting is immediate and permanent, and it takes any document you attached with it.
Lost the code? We cannot look it up for you — responses are not linked to your name or email, which is what keeps them anonymous. Ask the researcher running the study to delete it for you.
Who can see what I wrote?
Only the researcher running that study. Your answers are never used to train anything, and your individual answers are never sent to an AI model — see the Privacy Policy.
I attached a document. Where did it go?
It is stored in India, scanned automatically by a security service, and can be opened only by that researcher. It is deleted when your response is deleted.
The form says I have already responded
Some studies accept one response per person. If you need to change yours, delete it with your reference code and submit again.

Use Forgot password to set a new one. If you use an authenticator app, you will still need it: a password reset alone does not open an account that has one. If you have lost the authenticator too, use one of the recovery codes you saved when you set it up. If those are gone as well, write to us below from the email address on the account. If you signed up with Google, choose Continue with Google instead.
The AI says I have run out
Drafting, refining, translating and analysing have a monthly allowance on the free plan. Your data, the statistics engine and CSV export are never limited. A Study Pass raises the allowance for one study for twelve months.
How do I get my results out?
From the study dashboard: Export CSV for the raw answers, Statistics (.xlsx) for the descriptives and frequency tables, the APA results report on a paid plan, and each chart downloads as an image. Any single response opens as a printable record from its number in the response table.
Can I delete a study, or my whole account?
Yes, both, from your Account page — immediately and permanently, including every response and attached document. You can also export everything first.
