Each researcher keeps their own account and their own data. Gyanank does not give anyone access to another researcher's responses.
Questions
Study Pass or Pro? A pass is for one study: pay once, and it covers that study for a year. Pro is for people who run studies all the time and want AI help on all of them every month; Pro 2x is Pro with twice the allowance. Most single studies only need a pass.
What counts as one AI use? One click: drafting a questionnaire, one refinement instruction, one analysis question, or one language translated. Allowances reset on the first of each month.
What happens to my data if I stop paying? Nothing. Every survey that is already collecting keeps collecting, your responses stay, and CSV export stays free. The Free limit applies the next time you publish a survey.
Study Pass or Study Pass+? The same product in two sizes. Study Pass covers a dissertation or a single project comfortably. Study Pass+ has more analyses and refinements, and room for a gigabyte of respondent documents, for a larger study or one that collects slips and scans.
How does institutional billing work? Tell us how many researchers you want to cover and we will send an invoice for an annual term. Once it is paid we switch those accounts to Pro. There is no shared workspace: every researcher keeps their own account, and nobody can see another researcher's responses.
